The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a common area of kitchen, dining room and living room, and three double bedrooms, one shared bathroom for two bedrooms, and one private bathroom in a separate room, hallway and terrace. Part of the apartment is newly renovated (a room with a private bathroom), the rest of the apartment is of older construction, furnished with new furniture for this season. There is a swimming pool in the yard of the house. The house is 100 meters from the sea. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the apartment, the pool and the terrace. Enjoying morning coffee or dinner with the sunset becomes a real treat for the eyes. The pool is an ideal place for refreshment and relaxation, while the terrace offers the perfect corner to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This apartment is the perfect choice for those who want to relax in a wonderful environment near the sea, pool and forest. The apartment has a covered parking space. The apartment is air-conditioned and smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed, nor are parties, celebrations, or parties allowed.
